This might or might not be a scam. There are some things the company stated in their PRs that were proven wrong, but for now it looks like this company is not planning to give up, scam or not, and the share price should go up.

If you get in now you'll very likely make some $$$ if you don't get too greedy and wait till it'll hit a penny ...

But I cannot decide for you whether to get in or not.
