Ed I think if this was a scam he would be the worst scam artist ever. If this was a scam he would have known the news would dry up so his time to bail is somewhere around the $0.25 back in September making him $108M richer.
Why would he sit on his hands all this time and watch his interest dwindle to $28M?
He ha had plenty of time to release news, giving the PPS a boost before he makes a move. It just doesn't make sense, you're irrational negative side is creeping back onto this board - unfortunately.
