You have a point, unfortunately financial crime is not the same as killing someone ... Can you give me some examples of scams in the pinkies where the so called "CEO" (go figure, a one man company, but call themselves a CEO ... damn, I'm a CEO myself!!! Of 2 companies even!!!) went to jail?

They might get some kind of "fine" to be paid (certainly not to the investors, dream on smile ). In case they do risk some kind of lawsuit, which I unfortunately doubt, they just disappear to Thailand, some exotic (and tax free) island, or in the case of Chin, to China?

SNRS has told many lies before, took alot of money from (ex-)investors as well, but, they just keep on going (they're onto a new project, real or scam, once again)

If it's a scam this time, it'll be just the same once again, because ... In every PR they'll have stated (I have not checked here) that it might contain forward-looking statements and nothing of it is binding what-so-ever.

Just, don't marry it, as you say!
