- It's got plenty of valuable assets
- It's making money in stores and home improvement industry
- It's relatively low share structure and not diluting
- it's in talks with US Government to sell Flash-off
- The farming industry is desperate for their canker kill
- Major chains are carrying their products
- Bed bug frenzy is catching fire
