(PINKSHEETS: SNRS) announced today that the company's CEO Raymond Chin has been in negotiations today with several companies that will handle the warehousing and distribution of the entire product line for its wholly-owned subsidiary "United Power Solar." An LOI has been signed today with a very large international company "GVC" that specializes in logistics whom has in excess of 75,000 square feet of facilities located in the City of Industry, Ca.

The company also announced that it plans to execute the final agreement within 3 business days while Mr. Chin is in southern California.
