At first I didn't know what to say. It has a perfect OTC manipulated 3 step 3 month, retry month 4 with 6 to 9 month walkdown pattern. But the darn thing is $10/13 bucks. Didn't make sense. So I though we should look at it like a run retrace pattern which produces a channel breakout twice the up days, plus the down days range. But there is no channel yet.

After noticing the low volume we can't rule out the standard Temp Job manipulation, event on a #10 stock. So I guess I;ll have to say play it like a channel may form, but don't rule out a gradual walkdown either.
