Are you really surprised considering the last two stocks he pulled this on, the Torch has a double grand jury ongoing, and bacon wrapped shrimp has already been charged for securities fraud, tax evasion, wire fraud, etc.

It still amazes me how people support CEO's who refuse to make public statements. Atleast one-ball Patty has the ball to proclaim innocence in public. Captain Fluffy excluded.
