XYTOS Update and Clarification of the Outstanding Share Structure

CARSON CITY, Nev.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- XYTOS, Inc. (the "Company") (OTC: XYTS) Offers an update and looks to Clarify the Company’s Share Structure.

For reasons unknown XYTOS continues to receive multiple inquiries requesting clarification of the company’s outstanding share structure. The company is very pleased with the share structure, which is 31,268,000 outstanding shares with 15,000,000 of the outstanding shares restricted and not available for sale in the market. The share structure is public information and can be confirmed directly through the company’s transfer agent. Management has worked hard to protect the company’s share structure and the company has rejected all forms of toxic financing for the past years and has refused to issue any shares at a discount. As a further clarification XYTOS takes pride in saying that the company has not issued a free trading share since the original registration of the shares in September 1998 and April 1999.

XYTOS recently moved from a stop sign to a yield and continues to work toward a fully reporting status. Additionally the company is on track and is very pleased with its progress as it continues to move forward with its business model. In addition the company will soon be announcing additional members to the XYTOS Board, which will result in an expansion of the company’s ability to introduce additional advanced bio-medical procedures.
