if you trade between .0001 and .0002, if a transaction goes through at .0002 the price is at 2, if a transaction goes through at .0001 the price will drop 50% and go to .0001 ... it's simple as that

The same would apply if we would be trading at 45.60 x 45.65 ... Just it wouldn't feel like that much a difference (and it certainly wouldn't be that much a difference ...)
