I just submitted my SEC complaint form. This is what I wrote.

Remote Dynamics is still trading on the market under symbol RMTD. However, Telogis bought the majority of their assets under the RMTD 8k filing on 2/26/10. Remote Dynamics is not currently at their said address. No one answers their phone number. You get an answering machine and no one ever calls you back. Remote Dynamic's CEO (Gary Hallgren) now works for Telogis. Since RMTD is trading, isn't that a conflict of interest? When you go to www.remotedynamics.com, you will arrive at the Telogis website. All RMTD customers are now Telogis customers. Please look into this matter. The shareholders deserve an answer as to what happened and if it is legal.
