About 45 days ago the OS number was around 462 million, float around 100 million.
But be aware, the AS number is 960 million. It's my guess that by now the company has put another 200 million or so on the market by way of using shares to pay debt, and it is my opinion that they were NOT restricted, so they most likely were immediately sold on the market. So IMO, the float is now close to 300 million. This may go on util the full 960 are out there.
It has been my opinion that without any good news being issued, the share price will fall faster the the new shares can absorb them, thereby creating a LOWER market value. If anyone cares to look, they will see that in the last few weeks the market value has FALLEN around 40%! It's like the gov. printing its way out of debt, just causes inflation, (in our case a falling stock price per share). I have taken heat from others on the board for bringing all of this up, but I seem to have been proven right so far.
So, to answer your question, WAIT A WHILE, you will not regret waiting.
