No doubt they need some PR staff - in following the board, and comments about some of the directors, I looked at the Director of Marketing who lists Fortune 500 work, and should be able to create a communications plan. Bigger red flag is that he is a Dr. not from an accredited universtity, or a recognized discipline. This follows with the info found by no dummy about the director who is involved on paper only - makes me wonder about the management team.
