Pilot,
Share structure is what seems to be holding this back. Everyone is waiting for the next Sec report and/or PR.

I know as of this year there where only 8,500,000 registered shares and I have heard the float is under 5,000,000. They used their own funds to pay off a loan ($850,000)early for the recent purchase of Grease Tech operation, a key part of their business that renders the yellow grease from the used oils.
