There will be NO stock buyback. Where did you get that from? Also this DTCC lock will be in place for a long time. If the SEC and FINRA get involved which there ARE complaints filed this one is toast.The CEO even said there could be dilution starting in April. Doesn't mean anything now as most can't trade this anyway.
