TSTC - Cash won't increase until growth slows. TSTS is growing close to 100% YOY and is one of the few CGS to enter the US market.
I understand that a lower PE may be justified due to the high DSO, but we are now trading at a trailing PE in the low 3's (fully diluted). Even if the market continues to warrant a PE of 3.5, I'll take the 100% growth.
If you can accept that they are telling the truth about the long receivable payments, then the balance sheet makes sense. If you cannot, then without any proof there's nothing to discuss.
