But what makes Jeff CEO?
Just because he decided that he was? Who elected him?
Board of Directors? That was Dean and Josh, but you're saying they have no legitimacy? Who does then? When I bought my shares, Dean was CEO, duly appointed by the BOD. Who appointed Jeff? I'm not saying Dean was a responsible officer of QASP(quite the contrary), but assuming the throne by coup is not an accepted business practice in the USA (at least not yet). Qadafi can do that in Libya, not acceptable here!
