Hi Guys I sent an EMAIL to the ceo. just got this back, the following is the email correspondence in its entirety excluding my personal information. he seems like an upstanding guy operating in a legit way to me

Thank you for your compliments. I am striving to insure that Apptech provides maximum value for all
our investors. Regarding our financials for 12-31-10, I am hopeful that I can release these tomorrow
(Friday). However I am waiting for our attorney to complete an opinion letter so that we can get a
"Current Information" designation on Pinksheets.
