I disagree, I think people are being too harsh here.

I think Sass is doing a great job, and I already expected there to be a panic sale this week because I also already knew the merger was going to take longer than the first projected date, all due to Sass communicating.

Now I also know that it is most likely for the merger to happen in the next few weeks, BEFORE April, and could come at any time.
