I agree Cadman, this bickering amongst the board members is cause by something? lets see for every action there is a reaction, right? wait the guy who doesnt understand the principle of wolves in sheeps clothing may get lost here. OK the board is piosoned and apparently by Frank pulling the wool over some people eyes, the ones that he did completely fooled are the ones who who think the A/S is OK to increase without anyones knowledge? and No PR for the A/S is OK? and amending the Article during the same time as raising the A/S to cover his deception is OK. lol then perhaps the longs here could understand who the newbies are , its OK, let them rattle on..... It at least makes Frank happy to read the board and see how many people he can fool.
