Basically you just told a crowded room full of penny stock investors you have to wait another month and we'll have no news between now and then. I know you are trying and might not know this but saying wait, and wait in silence is equal to yelling Fire in a crowded theater for penny traders. Second worst possible news.....worst news would have been merger fell through....second worst news would be wait another month. See you in a month then Sass.
