I don't think it is Yagi, I think it is KK buying back shares to cancel them. I believe he has to buy back at the bid to keep the share price from falsely rising due to the companies buy back. In his shareholders newsletter he stated that they have already bought back two billion shares. I am still relatively new at all of this, but will keep digging to try and better understand.
