The distributor had a 310,000 gallon capacity tanker. The amount shipped was 900K gallons. It was not a single run, nor a single shipment.
When you are told that you pay shipping rates daily, and that if a timeframe is not met, that it costs more, believe it.
Maybe an initial run did go smoothly and on time, maybe there were problems that arose after the expansion of the trial program.
But it was not a single 900K run, and payment was not due for one single shipment.
As I said: look in the correct place for the money.
