Can someone explain

All web sites that I am familiar with that are trying to sell services or product, including the one I manage, is trying to SELL their stuff. Why is SPWP's site trying to sell stock??????? The PR seems to only be aimed at stockholders. But who am I? What do I know? I bought this stock thinking it might go somewhere.
