Company IMO. Its kinda obvious. They stated in the last PR why? Cash for dtcc issue, marketing money, etc. They raised the A/S by 29000000. Sure they've probably gone thru quite a bit IMO. Ain't a bad thing though. They just need to use our money wisely.
