Lets do numbers: roughly from 2/4/11 till yesterday there were 145M shares traded? Do you say mostly buys? I couldnt sell any at 5s for a month? from Feb 26 on is when they released the O/S to DH at 3,131,613,219.
roughly 3.131B - 145M = 2.986B So right when he added the shares we were almost sold out of shares? or we had a LOW FLOAT RIGHT?

IF he didnt gag the TA we and everybody else would have known where we stand that day on FEB 4???? thus we went nowhere but hold stagnant money.

in a nutshell? Frank did not give us shareholders the COURTESY of letting the word of mouth and the spread of news that the shares were going to be almost sold out! I bought into shares a few weeks ago into FB*D and the BIG DEAL THERE WAS THE LOW FLOAT? i bought in and Wowzeewowwow??? I MADE SOME MONEY!!! Well whoopiegodalmighty? didnt we just almost would have experienced a LOW FLOAT HERE? YES!

but when it was at 2.986 Billion in the O/S and the A/S was at 3 Billion dont you think everyone would have wanted to buy in to a LOW FLOAT???? But NOOOO... FRank couldnt wait and let his shareholders have fun and possibly make some money and he would have attracted much much more shareholders....Frank plan didnt work for anyone but him and his greed.
