CWRN 1st ship may be late
AZUMA Phoenix was named as the ship, but it's still sitting in Galveston - too late now for 3/17 Ensenada arrival via Canal.
Bob had PR'd "or substitute" ship - but no updates on that, yet.

Buyout offer was genuine and might have worked out - but had a hastily prepped website which raised more ques than ans.

PR of buyout was due to ATTORNEY ADVICE on disclosing a material event.
PR was poorly done, poorly handled & caused confusion.
kiaran had publicized buyout offer as far back as Jan 24. They had plenty of time to PR it correctly.
