To implement this joint venture, a new company will be incorporated in Delaware. This partnership will be divided into equal shares between Interlink Global and Blue Wireless & Data Incorporated. It is anticipated that when fully implemented, the joint venture will recognize annual revenues in excess of $250,000 per year, which should expand dramatically as Blue Wireless continues its acquisition program.
