GM Dann2010. I just got off the phone with the TA and the O/S is 5,097,116 as of yesterday so it is not the company selling shares. I can't believe there are hardly any shares left to sell!! With Big George, Holtzman,and Holtzman's other companies shares the float is only 1.2 million. Really makes one wonder who would be selling so many shares at a discount price? It has to be a regular stock holder.
