current price is the last bought or sold price...has nothing to do with amount.

Understanding or realizing that 1 mill was at the ask and 100k was at the bid should tell you that this thing is going up.

The more bought at the ask compared to selling at the bid shows the buy to sell ratio which is currently heavy on the buy side showing an upward trend or bullish signal for the stock being traded.
