TCU may not even know VCTY exists for all anyone really knows. Further, the unaudited financials showing a profit from TCU could be smoke & mirrors too. M*G has several others with China subsidaries that are 'supposedly' profitable too but they're not even listed on fincial filings.

Take it for what it's worth: multiple lies from IR, PPS that has absolutely tanked, dilution, unaudited financials, worthless assets "sold" off, ...
