FYI-I just called the TA and asked a few questions.

1. Issued and outstanding? Answer-please refer to the SEC filing for that info.

2. Is that standard practice for companies you work for? answer - Yes

3. Do you give that answer for ALL the companies you work for? Answer-yes

4. Does MSEP have a "gag order" on you to not give information? answer-NO they do not.
