Yep. About 6 months ago. CEO said they were trying to uplist. Paperwork took maybe a month from CEO saying it (this was another pink that had just RSed or been taken over from a shell) and about another month for it to get approved.

The PPS didn't go up though the company had a website, products, products in pipeline, and a brick and mortar store opening within the year. Very similar share structure.
