i have an extra 25,000 dollars, to short this tomorrow morning.. and its going to get shorted. because its going into chapter 7 liquidation. altus has bought out the secureds and left the commons with nother. and there is nothing that the eshc can do. the settlement is done. thats why i was questioning why the pps is going up. must be a headfake.
