Westergard is the sole officer of MDGC according to Michael Corrigan's attorney letter. His bio on the MDGC website is obviously fabricated. Most who read this forum now know that he spent 30 years selling and installing central vacuum systems, a business he may still run. Other than some sort of attempt to be or appear to be a reseller of Clear services through Imperial Wireless, he has no known background in what he claims is happening at MediaG3.

With the exception of a new web site, none of the announcements over the past year have come to fruition. Westergard never updates the status of past announcements, there's always something new to distract loyal shareholders. The disclosure on Pink Sheets doesn't mention any of these announcements and is just a slightly edited version of what was submitted previously and discusses the business that were sold to the first CEO.

Is there any verifiable evidence of any of Westergard's claims in press releases and on the web site?

Why should investors believe that Westergard has the ability to achieve the greatness for MediaG3 that is predicted on this forum?

People, I really believe MediaG3 is currently nothing but smoke and mirrors -- actually a more technologically updated version with websites, tweets, youtube, deceptive photoshopped images, a fake web store, etc.

I truly believe that fraud is being committed.
