There are many justifiable reasons; weather and financials not being finished among them as to why we haven't heard the news we all crave. It is easy to whip ourselves into a frenzy if we will allow that to happen. At times like these, I remind myself of something Warren Buffett once said:

"Be greedy when others are fearful and be fearful when others are greedy"

When I lack information and see myself spiraling into speculative criticism of others who are trying to culminate a difficult and trying endeavor (as I have experienced myself in the past), I remind myself of something Theodore Roosevelt said:

"It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood; who strives valiantly; who errs, who comes short again and again, because there is no effort without error and shortcoming; but who does actually strive to do the deeds; who knows great enthusiasms, the great devotions; who spends himself in a worthy cause; who at the best knows in the end the triumph of high achievement, and who at the worst, if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who neither know victory nor defeat."

There is a lot of doubt right now, and it is better to give someone the benefit of it, than to sell at a low stock price because of it. The truth will always come out in time, and under any scenario other than this whole thing being a complete scam-this is a grossly undervalued stock. That will eventually change in time, one way or another so, for my part I am going to wait and watch the stock price...but I am going to take a break from reading this board for the next 2 weeks. Perhaps by that time there will be a basis for some constructive and useful dialogue.

I have a lot invested here, over 2 million shares-not as many as some, but a lot for me. I hope management do not see shareholders as the enemy, and think about the fact that-If they are having trouble...I hope that they will revert to the wisdom of some of Solomon's writings that there is safety in a multitude of counselors, and that some of the shareholders might have technical knowledge and experience or business contacts that might actually help them...and us.
