i think the loc question lies in will they use it with stock in some way to help us move upwards. like a buyback or something to that effect. obviously he has made it clear there wont be a r/s. too much credibility built here for anything that would in any fashion slap shareholders in the face. too much momentum on this train. so could the 20 mill be used to buy shares?
