You have much more faith in JD than I do. Until he proves himself (by providing value to stockholders), I consider him to be of the same ilk as his predecessor.
That, of course, is my opinion and my prerogative to remain skeptical. Pumps and unsubstantiated PR's do not hold muster in my court; nor does a proposed merger with an unknown quantity. Show me an increase in the share price, back to the half-penny levels where I bought in, THEN I will become a believer. Until then, JD is no less (but no more) a charlatan than was/is DB.
