Excuse me, Omphallus, but this company has had the product in the market for quite some time and they have had 2 consecutive quarters of declining revenues...not bashing, just fact.

Just because a company has enough money to keep their doors open and fund their operations, doesn't mean they are going to make money... not bashing, just common sense.

It's a shame your experience with Cryoport, has not met up to your expectations. You seem to be in a state of dissonance; angered and conflicted by your by your choice. Yet, you appear to be steadfast in your assumption that you were correct, despite evidence to the contrary...not bashing, just making an observation.
