- Freedom Network is a scam, NOT CWRN.
- It is the CEO's responsibility to be transparent in case of a buyout offer (see SEC rules). He is not supposed to check whether the offering party is a scam and then hide the fact if this is the case (this would be against the rules!).
- Iron ore is still piling on the Ensenada docks and a ship is on his way to bring it to China. This is still worth revenue.
What happened with this "network freedom" company is a clear attempt
to pump the stock to extreme levels before selling and cashing a lot of money. This is a clear financial crime and could (even more should) be punished by law.
Most of us who have been following this stocks for months now have a pretty clear idea on who this crook is. You mentioned it in your post and BOb is aware of him as well.
It is now Bob's responsibility to register a complaint against this guy(s) and sue them for stock-price manipulation. IP address used on this website should lead quite easily to the right people....
You should check with Bob what are his plans now in this view.
