Both. Read the link I provided you. It's all there. It's the status that is in limbo, you would have to ask the DEC for what suspended means, this is new territory for the DEC as they have allowed a company to begin commercial operations while completing the permit process for the first time in New York State history.

JBI is operating, the factory is spitting out barrels of diesel and gasoline. The term `suspended` has been sitting there for a few months, it does not mean there has been a recent change, things are good, we`re just waiting for contract news.

I again suggest you call the DEC if you doubt any information I have provided, I won`t take it personal, honest, I just ask that you post what they tell you.
