I'm assuming the shipping date of March 17 and the flow of profit from that time on is legit. However is the market too dumb to factor this into the evaluation or can proof be offered to legitimize these crucial details?

Even if the buyout offer was a sham, if the rest is true we're "all good"...

Here's hoping that anyone who sold today will be sorry soon.
