Amusingly, I have had an open order in with ETMM at bid now for days and they refuse to post it although they assure me that it is placed...

I have not received a satisfactory explanation from them for why it isn't posted, even though I have specifically requested that they post it. Seems a bit odd. Not conspiracy odd, but odd nonetheless...
