Penny stocks are not affected by the overall market - the market overall was down today because of concerns with Lybia and the fear of it spreading to other oil rich countries. Also the fear of $5.00 a gallon gasoline helped tank the market today and probably for the immediate future.......i've never seen where the overal market has had an impact either way on penny stocks.
