ACTC's support if it falls through the .17 is the next mm level. That is why what he does, you must know if you are going to trade and obtain consistent gains. So .16 is the next level he created. I already have an order in for .16. And 9 times out of 10 - everyone over reacts and buy it back cause it is too cheap. I ride the elevator up and get off at .172 for a nice little 7.5% gain.
