Ben - Great list. What do you think it would take to set it up for all this to happen?

<<Several things would have to happen first:

1) The terms of the settlement agreement have to be made known.
2) AEB would have to give back all he has "received" from this company.
3) AEB has to turn Management over to capable honest people.

If those things happen and depending on what assets the Company still has after AEB gave most of them away....Maybe even higher than $.05 >>
