Fox, I agree wholeheartedly with your accessment. I really want to pour more money into this stock because I believe the gold is in the ground there... and with gold at under 1400, we could all be rich if this company is successful. but I also agree with this:

"the lacking fundamental for success is management and apparently funding"

Although the Pilot Mountain deal was something that can help with financing BRCM, it probably wasn't the best long term deal that they could have brokered if they had done more DD. At least management has seemed to have been able to staunch some of the destruction that the toxic financing did to this stock. And even in that, they pulled a fast one by giving themselves a controlling interest in the company by awarding themselves shares.
