There are both negatives and positives that one could derive out of this PR.

My thoughts:

1) Why would they be looking at continued financing & what did they show to justify it? Why not just close up shop if things are so bad?

2) Are they hanging on due to the patent? Eagles project? Other projects? A Buyout? Something's got to be up.

It won't take long for the reality to reveal itself.

I would imagine the alternative energy market is still working itself out.

Need to see the 10-K for 2010.
