Yeap. With this phony buy out offer Bob inadverently increased the chance of suspension by SEC. Is he naive? Didn't have a choice but PR it? Does he want to be suspended so he can benefit himself from all these tons of ore?.
Like one poster said today: This company was legit up until they PR this buy out offer.
