It WILL happen again, what makes you think it wont? Look at the number of times they've diluted, over and over again.

Raise AS, dump shares, Raise AS, dump shares. How many more times does it have to go on? The thing is, there will still be those that believe, no matter how many shares are dumped.

This this had a fraction of its curretn shares late last year.
