any idiot knows volume preceeds price but no where does it give the quantity of shares outstanding except that the pinksheets show just a few million share outstanding. verges is still president here isn't he? the president is not the ceo.
29m o/s could not possibly be accurate information yet this stock has an otc qb rating ,also the transfer agent is gagged.
a texas press release for a louiseville kentucky company ,with a cpa located in missouri,and legal counsel located in new york..and the company is all international in scope?
